Greg is an Associate at the firm leading the Family law team and dealing with all aspects of Family Law and litigation, providing initial legal advice to clients, and pursuing divorce cases and matters involving disputes regarding children and financial issues, as well as dealing with litigation disputes.

Marta is the Head of Conveyancing at Ellis Hass & Co. Marta has extensive experience in all types of residential property matters having worked previously at a large firm within the Property team before moving to Ellis Hass and then assuming her current position as Head of Department.
Marta is a Solicitor dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of freehold and leasehold properties.
Ann-Marie has worked for the firm for over 10 years and has progressed within the Practice to her current role of Head of MOJ Portal team in charge of personal injury cases progressing within the MOJ Portal.
She has gained a wealth of experience in running personal injury cases for a variety of clients injured through no fault of their own, either on the road, slipping/tripping accidents and accidents in shops and in the workplace.
Jeff is a senior disputes litigation lawyer and has extensive experience in the fields of personal injury (& clinical negligence), professional negligence and employment law litigation. He was an Equity Partner at a large national Practice before joining the firm as a Consultant Solicitor.
He has vast experience of the Court system having been involved in some major landmark decisions.
Yasmin has recently joined the Residential Conveyancing Team at Ellis Hass as a Conveyancing Executive.
Yasmin has a degree in Criminology and more recently completed her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2015 at Birmingham City University.
She now assists with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sale & purchase, remortgage and transfer of both freehold and leasehold properties.
Melissa BuchananTrainee Solicitor
Melissa is a Trainee Solicitor who works in the Family and Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence departments.
Having completed her Law degree and Legal Practice Course Melissa will qualify as a Solicitor in 2018.
She has a sound legal and practical knowledge of all areas of Family Law, including divorce, financial and children matters. Her growing knowledge of personal injury and clinical negligence and devotion to her clients makes Melissa a welcome addition to our team.
Farhat is a specialist family solicitor and an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Advanced Panel, a Collaborative lawyer and a member of Resolution.
Farhat qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has over seventeen years of experience in family law. She has dealt with a broad range of family law issues.
Antoinette NasileleFamily Law Executive
Antoinette joined Ellis Hass in 2018 and is our newest Trainee Solicitor.
Antoinette has considerable experience in Family Law. She assists with all divorce cases, financial settlement following divorce and separation, private law children, pre-nuptial agreements and non molestation orders.
She is also committed to resolving disputes in as constructive a way as possible. Antoinette has been described by clients as “very calm” and “proactive”.
Rashid Uzzaman is a specialist immigration Solicitor who deals with corporate and personal immigration.
Rashid specialises in all aspects of immigration matters, including Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Tier 2, Tier 4 (Students), Tier 5 of the Points Based System and Sponsor Licence Applications. He also specialises in Human Rights Applications, family route applications and Complex Appeals.
Danny TaylorWills and Private Client Consultant Solicitor
Danny is a Chartered Legal Executive. He works for the firm as a consultant dealing with a variety of private client work including the drafting of Wills, Discretionary Trust Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and the administration of estates. Danny has a particular interest in mental capacity issues.
